Before I fulfill your order I need some information from you 👇

Please let me know the email address you’d like me to send the pdf to IF it’s different than the one you used to purchase this service.
Please let me know your weight loss / fitness / health / longevity goals. If you can, please give me a brief history of what you’ve been working on and anything that hasn’t worked out for you.
What would you like the report to focus on?
Your report is fully customisable so this is your chance to let me know which aspects of your DNA test results you’d like me to report on with my best recommendations to help you achieve your goals.

It typically takes between 4 and 6 weeks for the whole process to be completed.

Here’s what’s going to happen next:

  • I’ll post the Test Kit to you as soon as possible
  • When you receive the kit, follow the instructions to the letter and post it back to me
  • I’ll forward the test to the Lab as soon as it arrives here
  • Once the test is completed (it can take 4+ weeks) I’ll let you know
  • I’ll then prepare the report as per your instructions
  • As soon as the report is ready I’ll email you a copy
